BITS configuration is one of the prerequisites for SCCM setup.
To enable BITS;
1. Open Server Manager
2. Run the Add Features Wizard
3. Select Role-based or feature-based installation
4. choose Select a server from the server pool
5. Click Next on the Select server roles window
6. On Select features window, select Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) and IIS Server Extension then click next
7. Tick the Restart the destination server automatically if required, then click on Install
8. Installation will start and progress bar will appear
9. Once the install is complete, you can see Installation succeeded on "servername"
