Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration. Error = 0x80131701

WSUS synchronization failed.
Message: WSUS update source not found on site. Please refer to WCM.log for configuration error details.

The operating sysem reported error 2147500037: Unspecified error

The wsyncmgr.log will display;
Failed to create assemble name object for Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration. Error = 0x80131701.
Supported WSUS version not found
Remote configuration failed on WSUS Server.
Now WCM.log may show following MSG;
Even the SUPsetup.log file shows the SUP role is installed successfully, the software update syncronization wont initiate; 

The software Update Point Synchronization Status will not have any catalog version displayed in the console and no synchronization attempt will be performed;
 The reason for  Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration. Error = 0x80131701 error is missing WSUS admin console on the Primary site server.
To resolve this error install WSUS admin console on primary site using Add Roles and Features Wizard on the primary site;
Launch Add Roles and Features Wizard from server management;

Select Role based or feature-based installation then click next;

Select the local server name by selecting Select a server the server pool then click next;

Click next on Select Server roles window (no need to change anything) then click next;
 On the Select features window;
- Expand Role Administration tools
    - Select Windows Server Update Services Tools including all the sub items
           - API and PowerShell cmdlets
          - User Interface Management Console

Review all the selections then click Install;

Once the installation is complete, wsyncmgr.log will show WSUS sync running;
 Wsyncmr.log will start showing the updates sync progress;
